Nationality: Myanmar (Burma), Age: 44 Daw Yin Yin Maw is a senior friend of the University Christian Work (SCM Myanmar). Yin Yin is currently serving in the Church of the Province of Myanmar (Anglican) as the Department Head of the Mothers Union. She is also the Vice President of the Myanmar Council of Churches for 2008-2010. Yin Yin became a member of SCM since 1981 during her University years, attending subsequent programs, attending at Intercultural Course at St Scholastica College sponsored by WSCF AP and latter to becoming a member to the WSCF AP Women’s Committee from 1993 to 1995. |

Nationality: Indonesian, Age: 28 Yustin is graduate from the Diponegoro University, Semarang, in Central Java, majoring in Industrial Engineering. Since 1999 Yustin GMKI member and was part of the GMKI National Executive Committee as Treasurer (2004-2006) and served as the Chairperson for General, Communication and International Affairs (2006-2008). He currently serves as a member of the WSCF AP Human Rights Committee. |

Nationality: Australian, Age: 27 Bronwyn is studying towards a doctorate of philosophy (PhD) in agricultural and resource economics at the University of Western Australia. Bronwyn was an active member of local, state, national and regional SCM since 2002. Bronwyn also served as part of the UWA SCM branch, involved with the Area Council overseeing the various branches in WA, currently Treasurer, and previously National Coordinator of the ASCM. She also represented ASCM at the 2004 RCM and GA in Thailand. Bronwyn sees SCM in WA as a very small and close community which provides and stimulates her faith. |

Name: Nationality: Sri Lanka, Age: 24 Immanuel is currently serving as General Secretary for the Student Christian Movement of Sri Lanka (SCMSL), previously as he worked as finance secretary from 2005-2006. Immanuel comes from an extensive background in the ecumenical movement in Sri Lanka as Vice Chairperson, Member of the Board of Education, and Member of the Community and Life Unit on the national Christian Council of Sri Lanka. As a member of the executive committee he hopes to provide a firm voice to strengthen relationships of solidarity in the Asia-Pacific region. |

Nationality: South Korean, Age: 30 Pio is a staff member of KSCF and is an SCM member from Hanshin University. Pio also serves as a preacher in his local church under the Presbyterian Church. Pio hopes that his participation in this position will help him play a broader ecumenical role with WSCF AP. Pio also feels that networking is important to ensure strong ecumenical development within WSCF AP by appreciating the diversity of the world today. Cultural interchange, culture and appreciation and understanding of history are important to understand people’s differences both within WSCF AP and the wider ecumenical community. |

Nationality: Philippines, Age: 28 Leni has been an active member of the SCM Philippines, within the branch of the University of the Philippines (Diliman) since 2000. Since this time Leni has been actively involved in the life o the SCMP on the National Executive Committee (2001–2003) and is currently part of the Human Rights Desk in which she networks and is a member of the WSCF AP Human Rights Committee. Leni feels that movement to movement exposure and exchange programs can be resurrected in the overall federation, bringing about creative ways for strategies for movement formation and building. She also feels that the federation could also address student and youth issues as its major advocacy and intergraded into the federations programs. |

Nationality: Bangladesh, Age: 33 Bartin is a member of the Bangladesh SCM since 1995 being involved in the help and development of programs held by SCM. Bartin also served as the Chairperson of Barisal Unit from 2001 to 2004, Student Secretary from 2001 to 2002 and Treasurer from 2002 to 2007. He feels that the trust and direction of WSCF AP programs should be based on quality leadership and to develop this leadership by engaging, analysing and developing ways to address issues of HIV AIDS, Economic Issues, Peace Building and Human Resource Development from their own individual countries whilst working to a common goal of Human Rights and Justice for all. |

Nationality: Hong Kong, Age: 23 Wan Yu is a member of SCM Hong Kong since 2004 working within missions in campus. In 2006 Wan Yu as Executive Committee member of SCM HK actively participated in programs of the various ecumenical groups – NEAPC (North East Asia Peace Conference) by CCA. She feels that WSCF AP has made a significant contribution to the development and reinforcement of local movements in the region. She is particularly interested in the development of the ecumenical movement in China. By reviving SCM China Wan Yu feels that significant foundational and theological development in China can happen in praxis and justice. SCM-HK, she asserts, is in a geographical and cultural position to help WSCF AP rebuild SCM there. |
